Sales Administrator



Working as part of the larger Commercial team you will play an important customer facing role and be responsible for;

  • Liaising with customers to capture and process works orders
  • Processing said orders on internal database and liaising with departments regarding these orders
  • Maintaining databases on Excel.
  • Clerical duties to include, preparing paper work, filing, faxing and photocopying
  • Sales admin for all sales reps and sales directors.
  • Ensure all paperwork is documented and completed in a timely manner.

We are seeking a candidate who can demonstrate;

  • A sound level of education with at least 1 year's commercial office administration experience
  • Good communication skills including telephone manner
  • Able to work on own, this is a busy office setting and will involve fielding telephone calls
  • IT literate across MS Office suite
